BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS – Aurum Ponte Apartments
1. General
Aurum Ponte Apartments provide accommodation services according to the information, description, dates, and price list published on the official website: www.aurumponte.com.
2. Reservations and Confirmation
- Inquiries: Inquiries are accepted via the online form on the website, by e-mail at [email protected], or by phone (+385 99 237 4279 or +385 95 906 3006).
- Offer: Upon receiving an inquiry, we will send an Offer with availability and total price information within 2 days.
- Validity: The Offer is valid for 2 days. A reservation is considered valid after your written confirmation, at which point the dates are blocked.
- Confirmation: Within 2 days of your confirmation, you will receive an official Booking Confirmation via e-mail.
3. Payment and Cancellation (Applies unless otherwise agreed in the Offer)
- Free Cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
- Payment: The total amount of the reservation must be paid to the bank account stated in the Offer no later than 7 days before arrival. Please send the payment confirmation to our e-mail for faster processing.
- Automatic Cancellation: If the payment is not visible on the account within the specified period, Aurum Ponte Apartments reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
- Penalties: In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival or a no-show, Aurum Ponte Apartments retains the full payment amount.
4. Prices and Additional Services (Applies unless otherwise agreed in the Offer)
- Base Price: Listed prices are valid for a stay of up to two persons. Tourist tax is included in the price.
- Discounts: Displayed discounts apply to stays of a minimum of 2 nights. For stays of 4 nights or more, we grant an additional 10% discount on the total amount.
- Additional Persons: An extra charge of €30 per day applies for each additional person.
- Children: Stays for children up to 3 years old are free of charge. Regular prices apply for children aged 3 and older.
5. House Rules and Stay Policy
- Check-in: From 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: By 11:00 on the day of departure.
- Pets and Smoking: Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the premises is not permitted.
- Responsibility: Guests are required to adhere to the house rules. In case of intentional damage, the guest is obliged to reimburse the owner before departure.
6. Force Majeure In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the provision of accommodation services (force majeure), Aurum Ponte Apartments reserves the right to cancel the reservation with a full refund of the amount paid to the guest.
